Shikoku make a long-established of the 1883 founding Meika "sixteen tart": Our traditional sweet is made by wrapping a soft sponge around a koshi-an (sweet red bean paste) filled with yuzu (Japanese citron) and white twosome sugar from Ehime Prefecture. 11 slices of this traditional sweet is available, as well as the individually wrapped "Hitokireku Tart". Seasonal flavors for each of the four seasons are also popular.
