Ponzu is a perfect combination of Iyokan oranges from Yawatahama, Ehime and Soda Dashi from Tosashimizu, Kochi.: Iyokan oranges are grown in Yawatahama, Shikoku and "Tosashimizu", the country of "Tosa Shimizu". It contains 32% of Iyokan oranges fruit juice and is useful as an accompaniment to various dishes such as grilled fish, boiled tofu and vinegar.
