Okuma Buns Takaichihonpo

Is the bun of only Yukari Kobo Daishi effort to make the plus to red beans
Kuma-no-Sato is one of the 88 passageways in Shikoku, and is named after the manju (Japanese bun) that was served to Kobo Daishi. The origin of our buns comes from a folk tale that was served to Kobo Daishi. The homemade sweetened bean jam is made by carefully peeling the skin of the red beans and cooking only the contents of the beans and sugar. It is a thin, double-bite size bun with an elegant sweetness and smooth texture.
