Aged beef raised on our own farm without using growth promoters and antibiotics. That's "Hanagagashi beef"!: Our "Hanaga cows" are raised in our own farm. Our basic policy is not to feed growth promoters. Our cattle are aged for about a month, and are characterized by no odor and rich flavor. We have crossbreeds, Jerseys and castrated cattle. We also deal in dry-aged meat.
