- We grow purple potatoes, Anno potatoes, etc. on farmland leased from Mr. Harumi Mizota, a landowner who runs a farming business in Ohashi-cho, Matsuyama City. No pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides are used at all, but organic compost is used to prepare the soil, in order to produce safe and secure food. The sweet potatoes produced are consigned to the long-established confectionery shop ""Rinzendo"" in Matsuyama City, where they are made into fresh dorayaki and other products. The dorayaki and other products are sold at the store in Kumanodai, Matsuyama City, as well as on the Rakuten Ichoshi-Do web shop in Rakuten Ichiba, etc. Our main product is ""Iyo Murasaki"", a raw dorayaki with purple sweet potato bean paste and chewy texture.
