- We started to challenge the processing business with the hope that people would be able to enjoy the delicious and rich tasting unpasteurized mandarin oranges from the Nanyo region of Ehime Prefecture during the summer. After more than two years of planning, we chose to freeze each of our mandarin oranges one by one, carefully making trial products to deliver our thoughts as a group of growers. We chose to freeze each bunch of fruit carefully in order to convey our commitment to our customers. We will continue to carefully produce frozen oranges that do not contain any food additives.
